Meet Dr. Thomas Vielma (Pleasanton, TX)
Thomas Vielma, O.D. received his Doctor of Optometry from the University of Houston in 1998. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology in 1994.
Being able to improve the quality of life of those who need it most through eye care inspired Dr. Vielma to become an optometrist. Dr. Vielma finds fulfillment in educating and assisting his patients to achieve their eye care needs.
In his free time, Dr. Vielma loves being outdoors, traveling, playing piano, meeting new people, and finding new restaurants.

Dr. Prough is phenomenal with children and incredibly patient, and the staff is just as wonderful when working with kids. Prescription fulfillment was handled efficiently as well. I highly recommend this optometrist office for everyone!
